But Mr Weinzierl, suggested they could include “insults to the detriment of the dead.”

Theyre charging him with a Nile album stupid, not punishing him for standing up to the kikes (or having superior head bumps)

I like the one song from some later album where people try to reanimate the dead to learn about buried treasure, by using their essential salts, but sometimes the essential salts have bugs and rats in them and the reanimated dudes fo crazy and dash themselves into walls

It's weird how much stock people put into the idea that random dead people would know about the location of riches. Like if someone had the essential salts of my dead uncle and brought him back to life he wouldn't know about anything buried in the ground. That guy was an idiot.

None of this has to do with freedom of speech. Or maybe it does. You get to say whatever you want, but you'll also have to face the potential consequences this might have. The guy said something, somebody disagreed, sued, the man faced (or was about to face) a fair trial and was let off. Pretty sure this happens in the USA as well.

In Germany, just like the USA, we have the rule of law, so anyone who feels like something wrong was done to him or her has the right to sue. That's just what happened here. The case was or will be dropped anyway which you would know if you had cared to read some serious news site instead of yellow press from the UK of all places. Protip: Everyone in the world knows that UK tabloids and yellow press aren't the most reliable sources out there.

I'm afraid you're monolingual, so these articles won't help you (or you can choose to look for serious sources yourself!), but for the sake of precision I will post them anyway:
