I only have a casual familiarity with Jessica Nigri. I see her name pop up because as an emotionally subnormal adult I like to read Supergirl comics and stuff. Why the hatred? Does she have a visible personality of some sort that a fan would be familiar with? All I know is boob pictures, which don't really inspire any loathing as of yet

I guess I could sorta understand hating it if you're a craftsperson who's passionate about creating your own costumes? And this person is just having them manufactured for her?

oh i don't know if she's a fake nerd, and even if she was i wouldn't care. she's just everywhere. i think like 35% of all cosplay photography in existence features her stupid vacant smile and big dumb fake tits.

that's how annoying i find her, she makes me hate tits. and not that i have some deep reverence for the art of cosplay but the professional costume thing is annoying too. half the fun is either laughing at shitty costumes or being impressed by good ones. she's a paid advertisement.

also she's taken several opportunities to complain about people ogling her tits when literally the breadth of her costumes is "pikachu with cleavate. nathan drake with cleavage. assassin's creed with cleavage"

i don't expect a casual investigation to explain my psychosis over this. this is something that has been slowly boiling for several years of her appearing daily in my daily internet browsing.

Well, a lot of these chicks, including some of the more web-famous ones, make their own costumes and are actually really into the stuff they dress up at, so I can kind of see why they'd be pissed about someone like Nigri who is, like copstache said, basically a paid advertisement with rubber tits.

If it makes you feel any better, there's a cosplay thread on the Witcher forums, and when someone mentioned Jessica Nigri there, angry nerds immediately started bitching about her. That's how I know we're not allowed to like her.
