I'll still play it, but I really didn't need the last part. :fp:

For those of you WITH Path of Exile up and running, there is a "Hardcore - 3 Hour TURBO - Ladder" starting in 15 minutes.

OldManPoopyPants the Templar is about to get smoked

So, I downloaded this onto my Vita and I'm pretty sure it's the greatest game ever made:

Looks amazing. How much is it?

Now I need to get my Vita repaired.... :(

I always have it in a case and yesterday I set it on my nightstand for a little bit and knocked it off and it hit one of my arcade sticks on the corner and the screen is cracked now. You can't even tell the screen is cracked until you turn it on and it's almost nothing but a black screen....Fuck.

Played some Dragon's Dogma and was quite enjoying it until it seemed that I was getting my ass beat pretty badly upon trying new quests. Not sure if the game ramped up the difficulty or if the tequila I was drinking ramped up my awfulness. Either way,

Then I played Castlevania: SOTN for the first time, properly...

Then I played Castlevania: SOTN again Sunday.

This game is saving my video game life. I was seriously worried I wouldn't enjoy playing a new game again. It's a shame it's taking a PS1/Saturn era game to get it done.

i was also getting my ass beat for a while until i realized that your two support pawns never level up. only you and your created pawn do. i just get new pawn quite frequently. usually when i'm about 4-5 levels above them.

and make sure you recruit new pawns that are your same level. that way they are free and it makes the game more fun because some high level pawns aren't one-shotting everything

I know about the pawn's leveling, and had dudes with me that were my level. Still got smoked. I'm a warrior, and my bitch is a wizard, what do you recommend as the other two. I was using another mage and a strider. Maybe another warrior instead of the wizard would be better.

i'm a strider and my main pawn is a fighter, and i'm having a lot of success with a mage (for healing) and a sorcerer (for nasty AOE spells and offensive buffs). haven't had a problem in a while. but i do have all of my gear leveled up, which helps a lot

this is the setup i used for a lot of the game. although sometimes i swapped out the sorcerer/buff-user for another fighter because having multiple tanks can help and the pawns with buffs don't always use them at the appropriate times. also, if your pawns dying, putting healing items in their inventory and pressing the left on the D-pad (or maybe right? can't remember) will make them heal themselves. you can sometimes get by without a healer by doing that

once you unlock more abilities and augments, i'd definitely recommend being a magic archer. so many sweet abilities, and using flares at night or in dungeons looks so cool

also, the new dark arisen area is hard as SHIT. do not venture in until you're like.. level 60 or so

Never played it but people always raved about it back in the PS2 days.

It was pretty awesome.

Please do not support this joke of a game. It's basically a flash game that they're going to charge $10-15 for.

I've met the lead developer a few times and he's a complete douchebag.

It's also filled with inside jokes amongst competitive fighting game fans, which none are funny. It really reeks of try hard humor....meh

Another  for Spec-Ops. It certainly doesn't overstay it's welcome and I was glad it was short. Great attention to detail and neat little touches throughout the game.
