hahaha, iskra CANCELLED. this is like 50/50 cancellations for all the times i should have seen them (at least 4) -- wtf. the show was still awesome, samothrace raged, order of the vulture wasn't the best i've seen them but they were awesome nonetheless. i couldn't get a hold of chinbeard to commute home together last night, but luckily my old roommate/total bro was just going to skateboard home anyway, so he kept me company on the walk to north portland/let me crash. fun note: some random emo nblack latched on to us outside of the satyricon, bought crack on the walk, tried to smoke it out of a weed pipe without putting it on ash, started crying, and sat in a puddle...we just left him there. emo nblack.

Unfortunately the usual door dude between the bar and the stage room wasn't working last night so I couldn't just walk in. They sounded good though.

Sorry about the transportation mix up Ams. I was with my one friend who if you go out with him you're always end up shitfaced at a strip club and I really don't remember the ride home.

I went to the Saturday show and it was fucking awesome. In Korea, punk/hardcore bands are pretty static live, these three Japanese bands showed everyone how the fuck it should be. Total fucking chaos. I was wearing a white Confuse shirt which is now covered in black shit from the floor and blood, only half of which is mine. The dude who runs the club was fucking pissed, 'cause D-Clone trashed the drumkit and then System Fucker broke all three of the microphones.

How was Flesh Parade?

DJ HellLager is the guy that was mainly responsible for booking the shows; he was playing noise punk between bands. He's a weird dude and sometimes makes no sense at all. Books some fucking great shows, though.
