i think the last time i cried was last week while watching Iron Giant. i watch a fair amount of movies and am very emotionally unstable so maybe once a month

the last time i cried about something in real life i couldnt tell you. off hand id say five years ago at my brothers funeral. ive certainly felt frustrated and hopeless since then but i dont think ive cried about it. if it helped i would have but at times like those ive found the opposite. honestly though my memory has gone to such shit in recent years that pretty much any negative emotion i have that seems like a huge deal is literally forgotten in a day or so.

as for being alone i greatly enjoy it and each day i go without speaking to my family or supposed friends is a blessing. oh wait that reminds me. about a year ago i got my friend a job with me and he was abruptly and unfairly fired so i cried when i hugged him. its a pretty awesome job.

I cry when I think about me and how I wronged myself in one instance or another, but its a stifled short snort of a cry which gives way to logic, but its real.

I'm convinced Erik and Chris have a running gag where Eric hates him. He doesn't hate anybody.

i've been extremely stressed at work, but a few weeks ago it was particularly bad. it got to the point where i was losing sleep because of the stress. one night, i didn't get a second of sleep all night - i just stayed awake all through the night tossing and turning, going downstairs to watch TV and back in bed again. the next day was of course hell, trying to stay alert by downing 5 hour energy shots. when i got home, i was exhausted so i made dinner in my PJs cos i decided i was going to bed right after. still couldn't sleep. so late at night/early in the morning, i became apparent that i might not get any sleep for the 2nd night in a row. i just started crying. i mean runny nose - the whole deal. i think that's what actually made me eventually get some sleep.

My best friend right now is in a similar situation. He's so stressed out by work that I keep getting scared he's going to kill himself.

i cried last night and today. i'm in super emo mode, i think. i'm going to blame the upcoming full moon...

i've done this quite a few times but it's when i couldn't sleep during the first night (but this is after days of minimal sleep). but that stressed break-down cry does help.

once every few years maybe ? i took pictures of myself the last time i cried because it was so foreign.
