Electric Toothbrush Appreciation Thread
Wow, I eventually gave in and got one, the feeling of cleanliness surpasses every manual brushing effort by far!
Who else does their brushing the tech way?

I love mine. It's the Oral B Braun Triumph. It's made in germany ( ), and it's got the power to shake all of your teeth right out of your head. The only thing I don't like is paying nearly $30 for 4 flossing heads.

i use a sonicare and have for a few years - it's great but yeah, the replacement brush heads are pricey.
i can't see your signature.

let me guess...you use an electric toothbrush because to do it the old fashioned way would make your arms cramp up like an 80 year old woman.Ipswich wrote:BUNGVOX wrote:im not opposed to electric toothbrushes but what's wrong with old school teethbrushin?

I once was young and naive too, I thought "I can achieve clinically clean teeth with sheer muscular power", and boy, was I wrong!the awesome Assassin wrote:Laziness...

Re: Electric Toothbrush Appreciation Thread
well, for me, that "elbow grease" was actually hurting me. i would brush back and forth hard, and add to that the fact that i brush 4 or 5 times a day, it made my gums wear away, and reveal the roots of my gums (painful!) they filled that in, and i switch to a electric toothbrush. the circular motion is much superior than the back and forth or up and down motion you make with a regular toothbrush. i got this:BUNGVOX wrote:im not opposed to electric toothbrushes but what's wrong with old school teethbrushin?
