Let us talk of cheeses.

Post by VueeeuVueeeeuV »

THE FINEST CHEESES WHAT ARE THEY!?
How can you get brie worth eating!? It tastes like nothing!?
Why waste time with putting hard cheese on crackers!?
Blue cheese rocks, but is there another level of intensity that I have never accesed?
What of the rest of the cheese world? I am more Italian than anything, I know motesrel and provalone and the rest of that stuff whats OUTSIDE OF THE CHEEPIST CHEESE IN THE STORE!?

Pictures of cheese are worthless, a scratch and sniff card would be the finest.

Taleggio tastes and smells like feces and it's awesome - if you can eat Taleggio - you are worthy of all other cheeses.

Red Leicester or Wensleydale. Nothing more, nothing less. I could eat them both every day If I had the chance.

Cheese on crackers = the best thing ever, especially if served with some fine wine.

I used to live in a neighborhood populated by lots of mennonites. They had a church a few houses down with NO WINDOWS. Total Koresh potential I thought.
Also, GODDAMN the women! amazonian, nordic broads with naughty ice-blue eyes and lots of long hair... probably full on bush too.

call me simple, but a good strong/extra extra sharp and brittle cheddar + fresh baked bread = mega boner. in fact, i like cheddar with just about everything. put it on my hot dogs, put it on my sandwiches and burgers, throw it into omelets, sprinkle it on pasta, rub it on my dick... whatever. it's always good.

Same here - I buy those large blocks of Tillamook cheddar and put it on everything. When I was in Poland they would make fun of me for my cheesywais. They would joke: "just put cheese on it and he'll eat it." I even learned how to say this in Polish.

In this country:

Havarti, Extra Sharp Cheddar, Goat Cheese log, Mozzarella Di Buffala ...etc
It's hard to find really good aged cheese because of the pasteurization laws here in the US.

When I go back to France I always go on a Cheese Binge there:

My favorite are:

Brie De Meaux

Non-pasteurized Camembert

Beaufort, Comté

Bleu Des Causses

Brique Des Flandres

Fromage de Chevre

Chaource

And my homeboy, The Maroilles:

The worst smelling cheese there is on the whole continent, but it tastes fantastic when it's cooked!

If you watch Food, Inc you'll understand why we have such pasteurization laws... and promptly leave the country probably.
