I had to shoot my dog

It was pretty horrible. Poor old Tad kept getting sicker and sicker, and the vet couldn't do anything about it. So I decided to put him out of his misery and shoot him in the backyard. I tied him to a tree and shotgunned him in the face. His eyeballs and brains flew in a couple different directions and he died near instantly. Poor little dude

I started making skirt steak tacos last year and they became a summer highlight.

I almost exclusively eat that over those hoity-toity cuts.

I don't really eat tacos because I can't find a decent substitute for ground beef. I recently watched a taco commercial that promoted the fun aspect of taco night and got sad...

Home made tacos are the only way to go!! I also like making my own crispy shells. Much better taste, texture, etc.

tilapias man, cheap fish, but I'm spicing it up to give it some flavor... broil keeps it flaky. put some tomato and roasted red pepper on top i got roasted red pepper from Dollar Tree. YUmmie

I just usually make homemade guac, and black beans mixed in with the wife's homemade salsa, spice it up and let it simmer instead of ground beef.

edit: forgot about the tequila....it's a must.

I'm doing to do this over the weekend. Taco night is back on!!!

just make sure you add enough water to the beans while simmering, hence adding moisture to the mixture with the salsa, otherwise you end up with dried out burnt black beans, but you probably know to do that already.
