Eating is simple: avoid processed foods, avoid grains (pretty much redundant) eat meat and vegetables, have an occasional fruit and watch your starches.

my friend was eating white castle chicken rings in my car over x-mas break freshman year of college and she lost one..... when i cleaned out the car in april because i was home again and going to start driving i found it sitting under the seat, looking exactly the same as the day she dropped it.

i never really ate white castle all that much to begin with, but i definitely have not eaten it since i found that chicken ring sitting under my passenger seat.

most fast food is gross. everyone knows this. and most people with half a brain know it's not good for you.
