One of the biggest ones in town just opened for the season this last weekend. Didn't make it but I'll visit in the next couple weekends.

There's one 3 blocks away from my office every Wednesday from 10-3. I go at least 2-3 times a month if I can take a long enough lunch break to slowly walk around the whole thing.

They just opened a new one last year about a 25 min walk from my house down the hipster drag (NE Alberta). It's only open Sundays from 10-2. It was small and not much variety but I'll definitely check them out again for their second year. One time that I went last year I got a tamale that was probably the best one I've ever had.
