Mind Hacks (Jolt your brain for a change!)

Seeing the hallucinogen FAQ thread being a hit, I wanted to see how many of you were interested in alternative drug-free trips. Has anybody ever tried light & sound mind machines? Or anything similar, like the machine that puts vibrations into your body?

All the reviews seem to be great and I am pretty sure this stuff does wonders as I have plenty of times hooked myself up to binaural (brain synchronization) sound and was thrown into deep states of meditation way quicker than if I hadn't been using it.
