I think there is a point on which Hitchens is strikingly and undeniably true...he treats modern fundamentalist Islam exactly in the way it should be...as a backwards desert phenomenon, birthed in Judaism but warped in various directions...that must, MUST be opposed. because I hate to sound Jewish, and I dislike undue Jewish influence as much as the next wrong. but militant Islam is something that would gladly eradicate everything to have it all bow down.
