Every weekend. I don't understand why otherwise clean people don't wash their sheets and pillow cases more often. Even if you shower before sleep, sheets accumulate grime pretty quickly. They get just as dirty, if not more dirty, than clothes. Sweat, oil, dead skin, dust, pet hair, fart remnants ..... ..... ......................... ............................................................... .....................

every couple of weeks. thread should be titled how often do you CHANGE your bed sheets, imo.

cat sleeps on the bed but on her own pillow with cases especially for it. they don't get washed as often as the sheets because she's clean (cases are white) but i do clean the fur off of the pillow case often.

i have at least a dozen sheet sets, if not more. i love buying new bedding.

going to change the sheets tonight with some freshly washed ones. cream colored, this time.

Typically every 5 days, including comforter, in hot water. I'm allergic to dust mites, so it's either wash and change sheets regularly or wander around with clogged sinuses and runny nose all the time.

Until it smells. Pillow cases are washed with as much frequency as the sheets though.
