There's an amazing place in Songtan to get this shit.. about 3/4ish the way down the main strip take a right, and one block in take another right into a dark alley.. you'll find old korean women preparing kimchi in enormous red bins in front of a white, two story building with a name only printed in Hangul. You must find this place. Just walk in, sit down, and say "Budae Jigae" (Boo-day Chih-gay), followed by the number of people you're with... if counting to one is too hard, simply use your fingers...
Your only other option is to venture further into the city, at the base of the mountain, only a door or two away from a restaurant called "The Beatles" and an out of place lobster statue / crab shack, you can find another place that primarily serves this miracle of a spamasterpiece
