Is there anywhere closer to Detroit than Ann Arbor to get good bubble tea?

I was thrilled to see that Shangri-La has bubble tea, but it isn't my favoritist bubble tea ever. What I'd love to find is a place like Argo Tea in Chicago, which has the bestest bubble tea in the universe.

Are there any other bubble tea spots in Detroit?
