American Crime Story Season 2 - 4/10
The first two and the final episode was pretty good, otherwise it was a drag to watch "the life and times of bargain bin Tom Ripley" and would rather they focus on the investigations, the manhunt, the media coverage or just more Versace family stuff. The killer was the most boring, shallow and generic narcissistic psychopath ever, and almost every scene about his background are between people who are all dead so it's just pure speculation from the writers' part. Ugh.

dude we live above a yoga studio and for like days after i became paranoid about it, like what are they doing down there when i'm not home, am i going to come back to a wife and bunch of kids dressed like fuckin sorbet
It took me a week to digest the first episode. Not sure if I want to move forward, guess I either have a tough time accepting people are that coo-coo or just dislike watching it.

Bosch season 4 - 9
I have not watched many shows lately, but I always paid attention to Bosch and this new one is the best. Absolutely feels like a garden-variety Cop show in structure, but it is elevated by the lead role... He kills it and always has, and his partner is bad ass too. Locations and all-around feel of the show beat the hell out of other "premium" content. If you want a measuring stick, it is way better than the wire. Especially since David Simon has revealed himself to be a fucking idiot
If you don't like saying the name Titus Welliver out loud in different accents and at different speeds I don't know what's wrong with you

Safe 4/10
I was somewhat invested in the mystery, but Michael C. Hall almost ruins the whole thing with his terrible attempt at a British accent. They should have just made the character an American (there was nothing in the story or character that hinged on him being a Brit). I guess since Hall was the producer for this thing and having him attached is probably what got it made in the first place, nobody had the balls to tell him that his English accent is atrocious.

Black Lightning - 5/10
Starts out sort of okay and then falls apart in the last act. I was sort of on board with the goofiness of it all for a pretty long while, but it just gets to be too much after a certain point.

yeah dude, it's not even close. Bosch makes the wire look like a student project.
