Prometheus - Ridley Scott's Alien 'prequel' *SPOILERS*

Seriously, with the announcement of Neill Blomkamp's "Alien 5" with Sigourney Weaver's invovlement confirmed and speculation that Michael Biehn also may be involved, I can't really see Ridley Scott being able to justify THAT many Alien-related films. A sequel to Prometheus, sure. But THREE more? That's oversaturating the market to the point of audience exhaustion just like the Hobbit Trilogy.

I sure as shit wouldn't want to go out on another dud like that Moses movie... better to make prometheus movies that get progressively more nonsensical and audacious, with endings like Judas moving in to give Jesus a kiss and then Christ's lips peel back and his jaws open to reveal POW second tongue-jaw that darts out, instantly wasting Judas.

I wasn't totally clear on what he meant with that line (probably my fault), I guess I sort of interpreted that as part of what would be happening eventually over the next two movies. and I meant that they need to go to a HEALTHY engineer planet populated with THICK-ASS engineer bodybuilder babes. not one that's a pile of sexy corpses.

Yeah I feel like I want Scott to dive deeper and make Prometheus even more Prometheus - use the money and time to make more of that shit. I wouldn't give a flying fuck if Prometheus 2 had nothing to do with Alien lore whatsoever; I'm way more interested in watching a long, weird "big myth questions" story by a brilliant filmmaker than I am in getting an unnecessary bridge towards a movie than came out in 1979.
