I really want this to work for you rotund13 but there's simply no way with your alcohol intake that a bit of bike riding is going to make any impact. Replace every second beer with a glass of water and keep decreasing it or you're just not going to get the desired results.

9 miles on bike=450 calories burned. No carbs at all for dinner for almost 2 weeks. No sweets in the morning. Eating grilled chicken salad for lunch instead on McDonalds. Making sandwiches on pita bread instead of big rolls. I think I'm doing smoething right except for the beer.
Hopefully rotting will give me some advice.

Riley take a deep breath and listen to me...I drink 7.5-8 beers, not 10. I know it's not much difference,but just wanted you to know. And I did ride 9 miles today...if you don't believe me I'll take a picture of the odometer next time.
