Dave Chappelle nowadays. Not only is he an unfunny cunt, he now includes these "wise old man" bits into his comedy routines where he spouts dumb clichées like " Never get between a man and his meal".

and people use it re: resisting the urge to fuck a coworker

but why those words

is the idea that houses have kitchens and bathrooms (separate rooms) for a reason, and you just want to be sure to do the right thing in the right place?

maybe I’m not mad anymore

i had thought the “eat” part was more directly connected to the “work” aspect (like… bringing home the bacon, putting food on the table, mouths to feed) but couldn’t figure out the connection between shitting and fucking

It’s more about outdoors. Like camping. Don’t take a dump near your food supple or fire pit. It’s about sanitation and attracting unwanted animal friends.

When I had dumb kid taste palate I liked both the nog and the shamerock shakes. When there were no seasonals, I’d rotate between chocolate and vanilla. Strawberry shake can go fuck itself. Dip my fries in all of them.

Rational anger is that I’m reminiscing about McD’s and I’m tempted to go get a small shake and small fries. Seriously don’t think I’ve done that shit in at least 35 years….

james my fond memories were cranked into overdrive ever since - just pre-pandemic - I was in australia and for whatever reason this bar & grill had a plant-based big mac imitation/tribute on the menu... I had to order it. it was FUCKING AWESOME. I think about that non-stop. I fucking love junk food and... when some semi-competent place strives for the same sensation, but does it using better ingredients... it's euphoric.

I can't remember if I posted about this before, but my friends and I would entertain ourselves by going to mcdonalds and ordering all the shit that NO LONGER EXISTED (at the moment), like:
medium fries
barq root beer
shamrock shake
pepperoni pizza
cherry pie
mcdlt meal... dino-sized
mcrib
etc

this was the most hilarious shit at the time, and if youtube existed we would have been gods

one time we pulled this stunt via drive through during the BREAKFAST rush (like... we waited in a very long line just to place our stupid impossible order) and after we finished the order, they didn't say anything, which was out of the ordinary - usually the person would just laugh and tell us they didn't have those items. after a minute or so - with us just sitting in the big queue - the manager (a wiry black dude wearing a track suit... a mcdonalds track suit?) physically came out to our car and unloaded an insane tirade. we were completely shocked hahaha...

I have some vague memory when I was really little of the McDonald pies being these deep fried things. The apple pies had apples in them but the cherry pies just had cherry flavored jelly.

Is this a false memory or can anyone else corroborate.

Coworker in the Nuts 'N Honey cereal factory opens his gob one too many times and finds himself stuffed into an industrial oat roasting oven.

I now also want mcd's but the closest fast food I can walk to is Carl's so I might settle for that. Also my mom thought it was the funniest thing in the world to order a "big sack" at the mcd's drive thru and I am here to tell you it was. It was the funniest thing ever

Yeah we definitely had those in Germany a lifetime ago How were they? I never tried one...
