Drivers who ride their brakes.
Merging drivers who aren't paying attention when I give them space in front of me to merge then try to cut me off later when I get annoyed and close the gap.
Drivers who wait until the merge lane ends then come to a complete stop.
Guys at work who ask the same question 50 different ways trying to exhaust you into giving them the answer they want.

Oh yes, drivers on the Autobahn who overtake you just to drive in front of you slower than you were driving. It pisses me off because I have to switch off my cruise control and overtake them and switch on the CC again.

I'm no pro-level driver but I'll never, for the life of me, understand people who ride the merge lane all the way out before they merge instead of getting into a lane as quickly as possible or ride their brakes on the downslope of a bridge in light traffic instead of coasting.

You are supposed to do that with ONE foot sideways, pushing both pedals at the same time, brake and gas. It is an advance technique.
