Most HOA require a front and back yard tree. Digging weeds and grass out of tree wells is always fun.

ours requires only a tree on the front yard or road verge; but it's a new non-original proposal and the development hasn't reached a quorum yet so it's not able to be put into effect yet

I just screamed at a bunch of kids shaking crab apples off of one of my trees. It sounded like they were speaking an African dialect. Meatgrease would have been proud.

The house I checked out on Monday wanted cash only, not mentioned on the listing on Zillow or Realtor. The realtor didn't see it on her listing. So I couldn't go for that. I checked out this house today. Everything was cool except for the roof. It had some giant fucking holes in it. That was also not mentioned on the listing. Either way though, She talked the owner into fixing the roof before selling it, and it was marked down to $45,000. Sooo.. I'm thinking about getting it.

The front "yard" is an eyesore. That needs to go. Whoever thought that was a good idea needs to be drawn and quartered.

Dude hell yeah, I would go for it. Not speaking from experience or anything but is it that hard/expensive to toss the rocks and plant some grass seed (unless it's concrete underneath)?

It’s especially hilarious when you get door to door lawn care salesmen and you look around and everyone with one of those stupid little signs in their grass “lawn care by the green assholes blah blah blah” has more brown spots then mine and all I do is mow and throw weed n feed on it twice a year.

For the record I would kill for a damn lawn. My 6 fam apartment has a backyard with a full lawn and trees, allowed to be accessed only by one of the places; I think I've seen someone out there once or twice in 4+ years. Pisses me off to no end, I would pimp that shit out so hard.

Real warriors of metal only appreciate liberated earth which happens to be on the property they've conquered. It could be tamed earth too for growing food or flowers to keep young maidens happy
