poisoned cooze

bolo joes crazy wife deciding that chad needs to know his real dad is a rapist at some point is not a believable thing an actual woman would do

i think that was easily the most offbeat and poor thing about the season so far

Anyone think 3 episodes left is enough to have a good end to the season?

So essentially this will be Hostel in California. But, I want to hear more about the female cop's like, no I mean love, of getting it up the butt.

I present the evidence:

Evidence A) The first time we meet her, Detective Bezzerides just finished having sexual relations with a fellow cop. He stated that he's not "used to girls liking that."

Evidence B) Her sister, after she was rescued from her life of online pornography, stated that Detective Bezzerides sounded like, "erasers clapping when she walked."

Evidence C) When police officer Bezzerides, who is no longer a detective at this time, is asked how she feels, she stated that she liked "cocks" and preferred "girth over length." Now, one could infer that her preference towards "girth" of a "cock" would help her "expand" her "asshole."

Now I will have to review the previous evidence, but I am fairly confident that the pornography that she was reviewing in a previous episode had an "anal" emphasis.

I thought season 1 came to all too an abrupt end when they found the killer - But it didn't ruin it either.

Sometimes you're just a clerk at a shitty motel listening to muffled sounds of assfucking through the thin walls. What i'm trying to say, Ray, is do you have a reservation? Cause we got no room for walk-ins, not tonight.

It's a dog eat dog world, Ray. And i'm the fucking chinamen.

Holy fucking shit. All of the :pizza: in the world to this.

This is so damn perfect and it's not just this dude - All the characters get one or two "overly writery lines" (OWLs) at some point no matter how important they are to the show - A good example is in I think episode 3 or 4 when one of Vince's underlings describes a guy as "half anaconda, half great white shark".

There's tonnes of them throughout.

I hope Frank and Ray kill each other next episode, and the mayor drunkenly calls each one cunts at their double funeral.

They never explained how Frank's henchman had acid put in his eyes. They didn't even talk about it, just showed the dead body with his burned out eyes then went on about how this is all about Frank...god why did they have to talk about Frank and adoption so much this episode...fucking christ, talk about unnecessary cut scenes...

I hope the cartel cuts Frank's head clean off and sends it to his wife. I'd enjoy this more if Velcoro was the only main character. So much fluff.

Sad this gets more viewers than a vastly superior show like Hannibal.

The dialogue didn't bother me as much this episode. Even the "blue balls in my heart" line. Maybe I'm just too used to this shit now? The scene that epitomizes this show for me is when Frank and his wife are having it out in his office, then it cuts to a scene of biker boy downing booze in front of his mother-in-law, and then it cuts back to the same scene of Frank and his wife! WTF is that? I've never had a 'drama' suspend my belief like this before. It's truly baffling to me. That was the best/least fun episode yet.

7/10 on my dick girth scale

I'll admit, it is disjointed as fuck. as Ray said...sloppy...

but for me there are certain weird moody things that make this season better than last. one is recent, like that pulsing scene when Velcoro was trailing the guy in the dark. it created a truly authentic feeling, maybe because of the bad ass music that was playing.

last season had structure, this one is developing like a fungus. I can honestly say I've enjoyed it more, maybe BECAUSE of the narrative flaws

I guess I sort of liked this last episode, which is weird since so many stupid things were happening (especially them getting the ban(ne)d back together after less than one episode has passed :wank: ).

the "one violence per episode" feels tiresome to me. how many times was there brutal violence in S1? maybe I'm remembering wrong but it seemed like just a few instances, and they made them count.

yeah Doomed-D, OWLs everywhere...

pimpish results

this just got my interest since I realized the Cube/Splice dude Vincenzo Natali directed a handful of episodes (in season 2, I think)... does the feel vary much depending on director, and is it the sort of show where one could hop in during the second season (I'm guessing not...)

No and definitely not. It's only like 10 eps per season though, quit being a pussy and watch it

Oh yeah, Blake or something. Guy's definitely dirty now.

I know I'm splitting hairs here, but whoever it was, they did it to one of Frank's faceless goons so it was hard to care when they would just gloss over it
