This has been brought up with him several times before and he always answers with "well the black person has already committed so many prior offenses that when their big conviction comes down naturally the judge gives them a harder sentence" and then points to dubious statistics from dodgy websites.

The article debunks itself in the first sentence:
Black men who commit the same crimes as white men receive federal prison sentences that are, on average, nearly 20 percent longer
This is technically impossible because whites and blacks are not committing the same crimes even by a long shot. Put bluntly, blacks frequently commit horrendous acts of violence that are infinitesimally rare among whites. Whether or not that hurts feelings is irrelevant to the fact of the matter.

The point is that these sorts of senseless, excessively vicious crimes are characteristic of daily black criminality whereas in a white community you would hear about something like that maybe once every hundred years. So it's illogical on the face of it to speak about "the same crimes", since they aren't DOING the same crimes!!!
It's not even necessary to go further, like pointing out the glaring lack of, you know, actual
statistics that demonstrate whites and blacks are committing approximately the same crimes with approximately the same frequency (which is insane). Or that despite being overwhelmingly more criminal, the disparity only amounts to a measly 20% difference.
Black men are roughly ~6% of the population and commit half of the murders in the U.S.. These activist studies, which assume their conclusions (another way to know you're reading junk science), cannot reliably obfuscate this fact. Their math doesn't add up. How can blacks and whites be committing the same crimes at the same proportions if such a small demographic is killing roughly equivalent to all other groups

Maybe you can explain something to me, Ross, since you are a teacher yourself. This country is SO committed to working in favor for whites, EVERY policy is crafted to their advantage. How do whites benefit by becoming a minority in their own country? How do they benefit by having their professional and educational opportunities SYSTEMICALLY limited? How do whites benefit by being prevented by the ENTIRE state apparatus from resisting this process? I would really love to hear you explain how remaining a despised and legally discriminated against demographic is really actually just a privilege.
How'd it work out for whites in South Africa?

I don't know what this sentence is supposed to mean. The idea that was postulated is that if you have person A who is white and person B who is black and they both happened to have committed the same exact criminal offense there is a statistically demonstrated sharper sentencing pattern for the person who is black. This has nothing to do with your argument that whites and blacks commit different crimes at different levels. If you want to have this argument, we can have it, but that isn't the argument that was originally presented, you've moved the goal post like you normally do.
You also use anecdotal evidence about a black person acting violent for a ridiculous reason when you can just as easily find 20 articles showing white people acting equally as stupid.
I know it is supposed to be tongue in cheek (I hope) but it's really gross when you actually pretend to be some kind of "teacher". You present yourself as some sort of autodidact when you're at least as dumb as I am. The difference is when I state my opinions, I don't try to pretend I have some kind of pedigree.

you have a fundamental misunderstanding of how this study was (and should be) conducted. the question is "for a crime X, is the average sentencing the same regardless of race?"
to answer that, you don't care at all about the volume of crime X per race (assuming you get enough data to be statistically relevant), but you think the volume matters somehow!?
it's hard to proceed when you are so utterly lost...

Here's an anecdote. Someone I know of is being extorted over facebook by two cunts who sent unrequested nudes of themselves after he gave them money to help them out with bills because he is kind of a doormat as a "thank you" and now they claim that he some how broke the law by them sending him nude pictures and they alter their conversations to make it look like he is demanding sexual favors and one of them even sent a naked picture of her five year old daughter and then altered a screen cap to make it look like he was soliciting child porn. He gives them more and more money and they leave him alone for awhile and then when he's broke they called the cops on him several times to the point where he might get evicted because the landlord of his apartment doesn't want to deal with this shit anymore. He just wants them to go away. Why doesn't he file his own police report? He's scared to death of cops because he's black even though I highly doubt this is the first time they have run a scam like this and probably have a rap sheet a mile long. When he doesn't give them more money they call him a nigger. But we all know blacks are inherently animalistic and prone to criminality so none of this could possibly be true.
