But I think people have stopped "protest voting" for candidates they don't actually want to see elected or ideas they don't actually want implemented because they've remembered how voting works. Fascism needs an outside threat, preferably one that can be defined in ethnic terms, to "rally the people" against, and it's difficult to argue that such a threat exists if "the people" are white Westerners, i.e. the most privileged ethnic group in the world. So obviously the images of white people being blown up by brown people from the Middle East (or anything and everything that can somehow be defined as such) makes someone like MG jizz his pants. Finally we're the victims.
