Yeah thats a good point. Bullets or explosives that you can steer manually pretty much change everything right? Like if you don't have to aim properly to destroy something, it changes the rules about where you have to be standing... if this was sophisticated enough wouldn't it make oceans, borders, etc kinda irrelevant in warfare?
It's like the 3D printer fedora hacker's contribution to the conversation about ICBMS? Or I'm an idiot and I don't understand what I'm talking about

Seems like a regular joe could make a DIY kill drone for a not unreasonable amount of money. Kind of surprised no one's been blown up by one yet tbqh.
