But if someone said, "Oh man ya know the prequel from 2011 was much better than the original The Thing," you wouldn't be allowed to argue with them. You'd just have to say nothing. It's gone from your life.

Imagine going for a long walk late at night trying to figure something out, and suddenly out of nowhere you realize the answer to THE RIDDLE OF STEEL.

But you can't tell anyone. You can't even write it down. All because you chose THE THING instead.

Conan is fun, but kind of sloppy, especially the end battle. The Thing is polished like a motherfucker. And I’m not a FED…. I’m a Man in Black.

I’ll give Conan’s OST the nod, though. Especially the Kitchen/Orgy.

If you're saying the entire property disappears too, the choice is harder, but still... The mental scars I got from seeing The Thing at a far too early age are now a badge of honor that nothing can tarnish - certainly not some silly poll!

In the end, it doesn’t matter, because Predator is the best movie, and it’s like a combo of both movie.

Not too hard of a choice for me, The Thing has been a favourite movie for decades. Conan is great fun and has good lines and Schwarzenegger, but it lacks the nuance, suspense, story, and rounded performances that The Thing has.

I had to think about this for 5 sec and I am keeping The Thing
