I think it's a good gift for elderly parents/grandparents or babies... but it's not something I'd find as amusing on someone younger than 50.

So a shirt for women called "baby maker" is supposed to reference that "Angel Maker" band but it's also trying to ironically make the misogynist themes of brutal death metal into some cute thing? Why don't they make a baby doll that says "she was asking for it" under the Cottage Cheese logo or a Meatshits themed pregnancy smock.
