you'll live longer if you're borderline underweight, assuming you're just eating fewer calories

as long as you don't have a horribly nutrient-deficient diet and an extreme death of exercise, you'll be just fine!

Some of my favorite live drummer experiences have been from people who probably are on the obese+ scale. Always confused me but always made me smile.
