As I wiah I had it totally going on I dont need to do a Bobby Flay dry rub or Texas world champion rub to get it done. If I had the patience for that thing I'm sure I would. But as it stands, the simple white trash seasoning combo I mentioned in the first post warms the cockles of my heart. Hopefully we can hang one day, grill meat and you can show me how the pros get down on grilling steaks!!!!! I'm not beyond learing.

Tonight's home trash dinner for me was a frozen chicken thigh from Costco, seasoned with garlic aioli, peppered bacon salt and Bragg's. Then I pan fried up a few falafel balls. I chopped up the chicken and let it simmer in a Tikka Masala sauce with some spinach and peanuts. I threw it all together and made sex noises while I ate it.
