Took advantage of the nice weather 10C (PM Ben if you want that converted to F) and bbq'd some of Mitch's Mouth Watering Ribs... Been tinkering with the sauce over the winter...

Smegma is right, though. The best BBQ place in the Boston area serves their ribs dry, sauce on the side.

It's Texas style. Basically one has to make sure the ribs taste good by themselves, you don't worry about covering up mistakes or bad cooking with sauce that wipes out all nuances. Carolina barbecue sauce is proven to be best. However rubbed butts or ribs with sauce added put it over the top. Can't turn good pork down though.
