Yes.

No.

Buy the new Earth Defense Force for $40 instead. A TON more fun.
ok thanks

EDF looks sort of boring though :(
There's nothing boring about shooting giant bugs and robots
First game may well be the best budget title around, what say you, Two Best Friends?:

Risen is really good...well the PC version is. I've heard the 360 version is a shitty port. I'd stay away from it unless you're desperate.

New Vegas DLC at $2.99 a piece,

Bruce: Absolutely! You make friends with people by doing things for them. Friends in the game will treat you differently. Some of them will even agree to go with you into dungeons and on adventures. You can even get married. If you own a house, your spouse will move in with you.

:? I've seen it before. It was called Fable. Hopes are not too high on this matter.

finished Dark Forces. the last couple of stages are positively trying at points due to the lack of vertical mouselook.

how did they make the game realizing that

a) people will need to look up and down
b) they set keys for looking up and down
c) you can use the mouse to look left and right

and not realize that maybe you should be able to look in all directions via mouse? even more embarrassing is the fact that the keys are hard bound to pgup and pgdown

at least you can remap them in dosbox. no such luck with mouselook
if there's anybody in the world who'd be fucking unobservant enough to actually damage themselves with trap-soap I guess it'd be the guy with dialup in 2007

Batman... done and done.

Now what?

I oddly want to re-play something old. Bioshock, Mass Effect 2, Uncharted 2, original Half-Life, or Fallout 3 : Vegas (which I never beat because the gamed bugged out so bad). Decisions, decisions. I've also decided not to watch the TNA pay-per-view in favor of drinking much more beer. I promised myself I'd stop after Batman, but if you can't break a promise to yourself, than you can you break a promise to, hmm? HAHAHAHA!

questionable game design time with LucasArts!

-give the player a character that runs 600mph but make sure that 70% of each stage involves platforming
-make sure the player never has ammo for his primary weapons but carries no less than 30 grenades at any moment

actually the first one is still pretty fucking great, i was really surprised. it gets super bullshitty later on when they start dumping dark troopers on you but it holds up relatively well except for the lack of mouselook.

now, dark forces 2 (jedi knight) is the one i was talking about and in a lot of ways it's a regression from the first one

Damn, my boss wants me to bring the old XBOX to a party Friday night so fools can play Rock Band. Been trying to sing along to Freddy Mercury to up my vocals. I'm no singer. I think I can do a R.E.M. song with no problem, but I'm old and I smoke and drink too much, my Judas and Maiden stuff is pretty weak. But, the Queen stuff, I'm trying my best. If I can some how get my old multi-range shit down like I could do back in the 90's. Then maybe, just maybe, I can do a Queen song without sounding like a complete jackasss. I can't even fake Death Metal vocals any more with out coughing. I could never scream, though, it always seemed ridiculous to me, what am I I yelling at some one stealing my car. I can't scream.

Damn, well, my good friend Kimberly, whom I've might have spoken about in the past, but that is neither, nor there. She is a pretty good singer, but she has to deepen her voice to sound good. So, she tole me to first sing along to Jefferson Airplane... fucking Truth is Now song. Not so good, then she thought Stone Temple Pilates for me... fuck me, I can sing that dude's exact style without sounding bad. I dare to say I might sound better as I try to put more range in the songs on Rock Band. The Bill's mouth = Stone Temple Pilots. What a way to go.

Just totally failed at doing a STP version of a Billy Joel song. :( I guess The Bill's mouth is best for talking shit, eating pussy, and best of all drinking booze.

Eh! I've had worse.

post plix of Kimberly

best advice for karaoke is to go for cheese. I make children cry with my singing voice so I stick to Madonna and 70s funk songs.

I really enjoyed Sacred 2. Pretty fun single and multiplayer that can literally take 100+ hours to discover everything. Just adding a second opinion.
