The Zero Punctuation review said it was contender for game of the year thus far. Huh? I have too many damn games already, though. Driving games aren't really my thing, so I'm passing as well. I'm thinking Saint's Row 3 will be the crazy ass game to get.

Heads up PC guys, all the old D&D games on GOG are on a crazy sale this weekend. You can get nine games for like 35 bucks.

Both Baldur's Gate, Ice Wind Dale 1 and 2, Neverwinter, Temple of Elemental Evil. All the classics, if you need them now is the time to get them.

Fully understandable, I dig the game because I've played the first two Driver games and the fact you stay in a car the whole time. It has an even amount of humor with the seriousness of it all (Tanner is in a coma!). It has a large amount of vehicles in it, classic muscle cars, modern cars, exotic sports cars, you name it. Every vehicle seems to handle appropriately, but most of all I like how they handle the cutscenes. The cutscenes weave in and out of pre-rendered scenes with in game scenes very well. I wouldn't be surprised if it wins a few awards, its no game of the new but its mindless fun especially, "Terrorize The Driving Instructor."
I figure since Dead Island couldn't hold me over for Battlefield, this will. If some people are into car games this is worth checking out.
