Yep. Like fighting the controls more than enemies? Like the character taking up more than a 1/3 of the screen so you can't see shit around you? Like an abundance of worse than Heavy Rain QTEs? Then it's the game for you. I can't believe, supposedly, 600 people worked on that game.

I liked running out of ammo because you need to kill the same enemy three times. Your AI partner somehow seems worse than either re 4 or 5. I played the Chris bit first and man, the dawning realisation that what I was playing was yep this fucking awful really knocked the wind out of my sails.

I love RE. I loved the fuck out of RE 5. Going to drink a bunch of warm beer and go to bed sad.

i never beat it because we just got tired of playing it but my friend and i did enjoy stretches of it that we played coop on..

the entire resident evil mythos and aesthetic just sucks something awful though.

RE5 ruled. It's pretty bad when the tank controls in RE4 and 5 work better than the latest game. And how about seeing a zombie lying on the floor, knowing he's going to pop up but you can't shoot him until you stumble / walk past him? What's with Leon, after going to hell and back in RE4, cringing at every single bolt of lightning? He should have ice in his veins by now.

Not even angry, just massively disappointed.

GoW3 is the same as RE5 because the ride up until the last 1/3 or 1/4 of the game is great and then falls apart at the end. I'll take RE5's boulder punching ridiculousness over that mess that was the last few parts of GoW3.

We're getting off-topic here....Resident Evil 6 is a new low in shitty big budget gaming. All bets are on Pisscubes still buying it.

I want to grind until I'm to about the same level.

We quit right after but if you are below us you level up super fast I started 4 levels behind Riley and was caught up to him 5 minutes later

yeah I came into your game I was level 3 and left @ level 8, you guys were around 11 or so when I left.

I just die too fast, and I have some stuff in my bank that is around level 12 or so that I would like to get.

I only played the Chris part of the RE6 demo.

What the fuck did I play? Was it a zombie game? Was it a Call of Duty game? If it was a zombie game, why were there a million dudes shooting machine guns and rocket propelled grenades at me? If it was a Call of Duty clone then why am I running out of ammo so quick and healing myself via a real time complicated inventory screen? Why is Chris so damn close to the screen that when I turn, the camera goes over his shoulder? Why can't I figure out what the buttons do beyond shoot, aim, and run?

This all left a terrible taste in my mouth. Unfortunately, I per-ordered this from Best Buy (since I had a gift card) the same day that teaser trailer came out, and for the life of me I don't have a clue as to the email, username, or anything I used to order from them, as this is the only time I ever have. Game comes out Tuesday, not sure I have the patience to track this all down. I guess I'll play Leon's and the other dude's demo level, maybe Leon makes 1/3 of the game worth my laziness.

Played a bit of Black Mesa Source. Hmm, I do like it a lot, and for a free fan made game it's amazing, but it's not in the real Half-Life's league. I'm also a bit perplexed that I'm suffering from tremendous load times, and stuttering/poor frame rates at odd random times. Now, my PC is getting on in years, but it has ran Half-Life 2 fulled maxed with none of these problems. I'm thinking it might have to do with the super high-res textures being used. I'll need to do a test. Hope this all isn't a sign my PC is on life support.
