If it wasn't for Dark Souls II, I'd be all over Titanfall and I generally don't like online shooters. The game is a lot of fun and the parkour alone sold me on the game. The bots are dumb as hell but I like their inclusion. It gives scrubs like me a chance to feel some sort of accomplishment instead of constantly getting killed by people with decades worth of shooter experience.

That's what I thought. Why isn't anyone else playing Titanfall??
Edit: And DSII is not out until April, yeah? Probably check that out. Swords and shit are not really my thing, but Skyrim was fun.

I had no idea Titanfall was on the PC (and 360, as well). Multiplayer only though, it can fuck off.

Demon's / Dark Souls games make me weak in the knees and do strange things like buy a $120 PS3 collector's edition and also buy the PC version before it's even out. I'll probably pick up Titanfall within the next month or so but I'm a little occupied right now, .
It's so much more different than Skyrim but definitely give it a shot! DSII should have better m/kb controls than the previous game.

It's actually really fun and a hell of a lot better than nearly all sp shooter campaigns. The Bill wrote:I had no idea Titanfall was on the PC (and 360, as well). Multiplayer only though, it can fuck off.

I'm just being obtuse. Those games don't hold any appeal to me and there's a new one like every day on Steam. I don't like MMOs either, though.
Shit. I think the only game I ever liked ever was ME2.

man we should totally make a hipster text adventure game
like you start out in the thrift store and you have to go through a stack of records and correctly identify the least palatable one to proceed to your bicycle outside or something

that does sound pretty hipstery. Crypto, have you played Spelunky? for me it sorta scratches the same itch as Hotline Miami, although the style isn't as cool/hipster-pleasing as HMRY4N wrote:thomas was alone wrote:a minimal game about friendship and jumping

Playing titanfall on the xbone. Currently working on getting clips of punching pilots, for a comp on Upload. The game is light on content, but its still pretty refreshing if you'd played much Battlefield4 or COD-Ghosts recently.

Clips of Pontius Pilate?
I'm thinking of bringing over my Dark Souls talk to this thread because I'm feeling like a neglected child over in the original DS thread.
Also, Bioshock DLC is out this month yes/no? That might prove the necessary break from Dark Souls I'm refusing to give myself.

I have high hopes for that final Bioshock dlc. Stealth, and hopefully a more engaging story. Last troo Bioshock content ever.
However, this week its Metal Gear Ground Zeroes that will be devouring my freetime. After finishing Thief i'm ready for CQC and stealth of a different kind.

Are those games on disc? They might be XBLA only. Not really puzzle but the two Rayman games might be good.

I'm playing on XB1. It rules. Dividing my time up between that, Diablo III, and Elder Scrolls Online Beta. Elder Scrolls Online is surprisingly better than I thought. I gave up on it after about an hour back in January, but now I'm hooked. Got that shit pre-ordered for next monthdelmuerte wrote:That's what I thought. Why isn't anyone else playing Titanfall??.
Still haven't opened Dark Souls II. My PS3 isn't even connected at the moment, and I think i'm out of inputs on my receiver

a couple of my friends are deeply hooked on TESO. i'm surprised it's getting as positive a reception as it is.
if there's anybody in the world who'd be fucking unobservant enough to actually damage themselves with trap-soap I guess it'd be the guy with dialup in 2007
