yeah fulci is a tough sell at times but no collection is complete without him in there.

Make sure you get Blue Underground's blu ray of City of the Living Dead. It's Fulci's best flick and the most beautiful it ever looked.

Have you seen Living Dead At Manchester Morgue? Criminally underrated Spanish zombie flick from the early 70's. It pre-dates the European 'let's rip off Dawn of the Dead' era so the flick is more small town creepy rather than full on apocalypse.

I just ordered Tower of Evil. A forgotten British proto-slasher that takes place on an old light house. It's got a nice atmosphere to compliment the boobs and gore.

everytime I see fulci's name I just want to mention Conquest is a really fun movie. Not sure how well known it is beyond dire hard italio horror fans but if you haven't seen it it's definitely worth checking out his only foray into the non horror genre if I'm not mistaken...

I was thinking about one of these, too. The first gen one sucked, though. There was like a couple millisecond delay between hitting the button and actually muting which kinda killed it for stops. The concept was great, although it always said the lower strings were sharp in poly mode and they were in tune in single mode.

My other guitarist had the first gen one and it never really worked like it was supposed to.

I love it. more accurate and steadier than the boss tu's, definitely. and faster. the polytune function is wild.

I admittedly haven't used the poly function enough to know whether that's been fixed. It's cool, but I don't even think about it most of the time. Old habits die hard, I guess.
