Full disclosure, the independent investigator ( Mr Prado) in the above video who found that the police departments original investigation into their own officers was deeply flawed and constituted a cover up was the same guy who investigated Ulvalde and found no wrong doing so my original assessment of him being a piece of crap in a cowboy hat could have been wrong, and he might have genuinely found no incorrect actions in Uvalde and isn't just a paid shill. I do have a deep seated anti police confirmation bias.

If I was going to play devils advocate I could say there might be some tiny microscopic dot of truth of the dog killer suspecting rabies with weird dog behavior but it's reeeeeeeerally a huge stretch. Seems like something that could have been prevented with keeping your pet indoors.
