I don't even know how I was able to hit those 16 reps at full tension on the gripper. I haven't been able to do it since.

I have exceptionally weak hands, im embarrassed by it. My wife def has a stronger grip than me and ive never won in thumb wrestling once.

Can one of you guys be my hands coach?
