Alone or out?

At home it's gonna Sabbath most likely. Self-titled, Paranoid and Sabbath Bloody Sabbath first.

Also

Pretty Hate Machine
Danzig 1-4
Witch self-titled from 2006
Jedi Mind Tricks - Legacy of Blood
Ratt - Out the Cellar
Quiet Riot - metal health
Metallica og run and black album

Basically I guess easy to listen to but with a little bit of bite. My ability to appreciate anything even remotely tasteful or sophisticated goes straight out the fucking window.

When shit gets really retarded I'm probably on YouTube clicking play on "Iris" by the googoo dolls, trying to figure out how to find people on Facebook that i haven't spoken with in 20 years

I really never drink alone anymore though, maybe once a year I'll down a six pack and be retarded. I generally don't enjoy CNS depressants coupled with any activity worth doing alone. I wish I was the kind of guy who could have 1-2 drinks to relax, but it's a mismatch with my energy.

Danzig always, unironic swaggering of huge-testicle’d machismo around my apartment as I howl along and point to myself and occasionally my cat (hiding under the couch) where applicable

I've been beating this playlist up for like 10-12 years now
Used to share the link with coworkers who were curious back when I was still doing grocery
I'm 9 months away from eligibility for AARP benefits now, ask me if I give a fuck how basic it is

...And Justice For All and Rust In Peace were my go-to drunk albums in college.

I vividly remember on my 21st birthday driving back up to school with my brother and my best bud, Dan, and we bought a 30 rack of PBR and a bottle of Jim Beam Black and put on "Blackened" and I did a triple shot of Beam Black before shotgunning a PBR and then we went to campus where my buddies were having a party for me in their suite with a bunch of my other friends from home who had driven up to surprise me. I funneled 3 beers when I got there and don't remember many details of the night other than it being awesome.

While hammered recently I listened to the two good Orchid records and their split with Pig Destroyer and enjoyed myself immensely
