Pineal calcification happens to lots of people even without NWO tooth slime. Nicotine is a bad one from what I've read so there was no hope for me - even though I spent much of my life with well water!!

All our brains are full of fucking pesticide and plastic anyway so we'll have to breed a small population of free range non-gmo humans to win the psychic war

I think yoga helps. There's always dmt bro

maaaaaaan imagine DMT on a flouride-free brain! you'd be unlocking actual stargates, easy as pie

I replied about lead up there, just in case we simul-posted

^ this is the best comparison of products out there, but the full results are paywalled
5 out of 8 were contaminated with excessive amounts of lead — as much as 11 micrograms per 5 grams of psyllium husk (22 times the daily amount permitted in California without a warning label). Lead was found in all products, but those with the least contained only 0.4 to 0.6 mcg per 5 gram serving. One product had an unusually high amount of filth in the form of insect parts.
lol filth

I think I am OK because I buy yerba prima and some reddit person said it had the least lead (so... in the "not excessive" category)
a random reddit sciene hippie wrote:ConsumerLab did a test in March of 2021 and all of them had some level of lead. Their top pick (and the brand I use) is Yerba Prima Whole Husk with the lowest level tested. The next two brands were Organic India and NOW brand.

I'm pretty sure lead purges the pineal gland of toxins
This is my own personal experience which cannot be refuted:

I have at times in my life followed the directions that should be taken when trying to decalcify the pineal gland. I have followed each and every step militantly: drinking good water, eating a vegan diet, getting exercise, lots of water, all appropriate vitamins, cold showers, no drugs, no alcohol, no toxins etc. And how did I feel? Amazing.

But regardless of the function of the pineal gland, these things would enable me to feel amazing anyway, regardless of whether there is a special gland inside my brain connecting me to the spiritual realm. Consider the pineal gland not existing, but still following the necessary directions - and you will find that you will feel incredible as a result regardless.

So what I'm trying to say is that there is no solid proof that the pineal gland is a poweful device that can connect you to God and spirituality. But there is definitely solid proof that looking after yourself and healing yourself in every possible way will make you feel great. So my advice to you is to follow the decalfication directions, and regardless of the powers of the pineal gland, you will connect to something higher, you will find peace, calm and contentment, and you will be able to find God once again.
someone else cited iodine

it's insane to me how there's this broad spectrum of earnest info/thinking on this topic spanning the kooiest kooks, all the way to mainstream science, but there is apparently zero formal research comparing pineal glands of "flouride in water" communities vs. those without (map is here). wtf?

I've heard the quip that the all the people on House Hunters International must be running away from something, and that's probably true... how many of those people are simply trying to escape fluoride?

Lead exposure almost certainly makes people more magical right????

Romans - leaded, badass cults and ripping people's tits off
Boomers - leaded, hippie wiccans who wanted to be native American, cool serial killers too
Millennials- unleaded, all post on Reddit, even religious ones whine about "facts and logic", school shooters at best - turn to joe rogan for spiritual guidance

COLLAGEN has largely eliminated my musculoskeletal issues - mostly stuff induced/exacerbated by exercise. i have put some powder in the daily shake for about a year now and it really seems to be making a difference

for you ailing vegans, i think glycine powder should/could have a similar impact. collagen seems to work because it’s rich in glycine. i can hand-wave about the mechanistic aspects if anyone cares…

I actually got some glycine powder recently. I was wondering about it for finger and elbow join pain stuff but then i saw on Examine.com stuff about it helping with sleep. It does for me. It's really sweet too. I put it in tea sometimes. why not

My left elbow is the only part of body that I’m having some weird occasional pain. Might try some glycine in a smoothie.

I eat a hippie bran cereal almost everyday that has husk. Do I need to stop? At this age, I do have occasional poop challenges, so I want to keep exploring fibre options. Recently, I had a dish that had a lot of acorn squash with flax in the mix and I had some of the most glorious poops the next few days. Weird what kind of things excite us at this age….

I don't know if CBD is a myth or not but I get way too high and jittery from THC but I was looking for something more mellowing and I got some CBD gummies that I've used here and there and even if it's just a placebo effect, it makes me feel less anxious and nervous than I did otherwise.

Same is true for me, but a couple of years ago I found the perfect weed strain, it's Big Bud from Sensi Seeds (I think?): it has a high, but not insane amount of THC, so a tiny bong rip is enough, it's an Indica strain, which I prefer anyway (can't stand the jittery Sativa high), and after an hour or so, deep relaxation sets in, and not only do I sleep like a stone, I wake up refreshed and there's no mushy brain on the next day-syndrome at all.

Been weeding since 1990. There’s no way I could handle the bong hits I easily blew through for many years. These days I have settled into vaping on a mellow 1:1 mix of THC/CBD. I wouldn’t say I’m really ever ‘stoned dude!’, but if I take a couple extra hits before a long hike, I can get a decent stoney feeling that I’m able to enjoy in a slightly nostalgic way.

I guess we all used to know those guys that would smoke insane bowls, stuff another bowl while keeping the first bong rip down, then smoke that one on top of the first one, I was always like WTF man... I've always only oever be able to smoke tiny amounts of weed. But I have one of these vaporizer towers that the wife and I use when we watch a film. I enjoy the enhancing effects of weed and the relaxation that comes with CBD, but I don't like being really high at all, it's much too intense for me

I went to college near Burlington, VT and the weed my friends always had back then was super thick super green crystalized nuggets that were way too powerful for me. I only ever smoked up there when I was already shitfaced generally, so I didn't notice it as much. The only time I can remember getting high without drinking first and enjoying it was on my way to a Steel Panther show in Hampton Beach 8 or 9 years ago with my good bud, he had a joint in the car and I took like 2 or 3 hits from it and then I had maybe 2 Bud Lights before the show and it was the perfect level of medium buzz. But I don't drink any more and don't think weed on its own would do well for me. I took 2 CBD gummies yesterday because my kids were cooped up in the house all day because it was pouring rain and they were getting bored and antsy and I don't think the gummies did shit because I felt annoyed as fuck. But maybe I would've been worse without them. Who knows.

man when I'm shitfaced and I smoke strong weed, I quickly start to puke... the fact that I need much lower doses of every drug than anybody else has been a source of much suffering in the past (took me at least five years to understand this very simple fact), nowadays I enjoy getting high easily. Like you, I don't often take drugs (don't even drink much whisky anymore), and I haven't done any hallucinogenics in the last fifteen years. This autumn, I tried fly agaric again a couple of times, but muscimol content varies greatly and I must have picked weak shrooms so I didn't really get high from that.
