You're still missing the point. Why is it reasonable and appropriate to take all incoming freshmen women aside and treat them as potential rape victims but not reasonable and appropriate to apply analogous counseling to men as potential rapists?

If "no means no" posters don't work, you don't think it's worth the "inflammatory" side-effects of sitting down all the incoming freshmen guys for an hour to go into more depth on the nitty gritty details of consent and when people might not be able to give it? Campus rape is not the violent tearing off of clothes in some dark alley; it's dudes who are a bit buzzed sticking their cocks into chicks who are not sober enough to give consent.
