I am a female. I've been lifting for 2 yrs. About 5 mo. ago, I was robbed at work. After he got all the money, he waited until my head was turned slightly and hit me in the forehead with a rusty railroad spike. When I came to, I was face-down in the largest puddle of blood I've ever seen. The impact created a fracture down to my eye socket, fractured sinuses, displaced jaw and 20 stitches. Every Dr. I've seen has told me that if I hadn't been in such good shape, I might not have survived.
