you ever check out Library Genesis? If you're trying to do everything legit, I respect that... but libgen has an absolutely amazing amount of content, like sometimes really obscure shit, all free in multiple formats. It's gotten me reading more fiction, tbh.cxwx wrote: ↑Thu Jan 28, 2021 4:06 pm Thanks 8bit! Free advice: work on your personality. Even if you had any discernable talent (you don't), no one likes working with an asshole.
This DOES explain:
Your unwillingness to head to DC despite your cosplay antics.
Your constant resentment of the successful people here.
Acting like having your car broken into is anything other than a minor inconvenience.

Ideally, society should be organized via a warrior-priest aristocracy.
I can trace my ancestry all the way back to historic germanic tribal chieftains in fact.

The libgen url that usually works for me is libgen.io - make sure to select fiction on the search, if you wind up looking into it

You call it an excel file, we call it a tool.
Fact #7
From an empirical viewpoint, the problem with Free Will (and causality) is reconciling determinism and freedom to make sense of morality.

“I think you’ll really enjoy this training class!”
*the training ends up being a completely counter productive waste of time but it’s better than actually working so I guess I AM enjoying it in a meta-sense. At least I’m not repairing trail fences or something*

Re: Dumb things I've heard at work: The Thread
Had a Diversity Training a couple of weeks ago. The woman running the training said "I wouldn't consider Jewish people a minority" and "Oh, I've never heard of that" when someone brought up the Trail of Tears. My company PAID THIS WOMAN to give our employees a training on diversity and inclusion, and she could not have been dumber or more ignorant. It was hilarious.
