It was supposed to be a Batman story at one time, right? Also, I assume it was never completed because it just sort of ended... unless I got something incomplete off the internet.

I can't remember the ending or too much of anything else about the story, but yeah, it was originally supposed to be a Batman story, and yeah, it was absolutely finished and published. Post the last page if you want, I'll check my copy.

I stayed clear of reviews at that time and, looking forward to a new Frank Miller story, just ordered the hardcover like an idiot... oh man...

I love it so much
(McFarlane & Liefeld, in case it's not immediately obvious)
I think I must've posted this before...

Re: Last Comic Book You Read 1-10
sorry to intrude, but i have a question and respect your opinions. I've only read one graphic thing. It was about jack the ripper and it was pretty sick. Anyways, can yall let me know some essentials?
Also, if there are any that don't have rape scenes; I'd like to go through some young readers I happen to know.
There's a bunch at the library in the kid section, so if you could let me know which series don't suck, that'd be great too.

Off the top of my head there's definitely no rape in
Mark Millar's run on The Authority
The Courtyard by Alan Moore
League of Extraordinary Gentlemen by Alan Moore
Watchmen by Alan Moore
Identity Crisis by Brad Meltzer
Preacher by Garth Ennis
I'll check back in with more later, those are just a few off the top of my head

Yeah, sorry, but that's all basically Japanese tentacle porn. Really just a particularly disgusting example of cultural appropriation by gross British men.

Re: Last Comic Book You Read 1-10
Was it in Preacher where the guy gets raped in San Francisco and then says his time there was "a pain in the ass"?
There's also a gay guy getting raped in half by a xenomorph looking fuck-demon in a Hellblazer book Ennis wrote. Now that I think about it, he has a bit of a thing with guys getting raped.

Re: Last Comic Book You Read 1-10
There should be a comic book adaptation of "Daddy" by Korn... and then they make a movie out of it and establish the Korn Cinematic Universe
fuck
All nu-metal should be a cinematic universe where every member of Slipknot has a standalone movie, and then after a few years they have the Slipknot movie where everyone teams up, and fights with Mushroomhead, but then they team up to finally defeat the song When Worlds Collide by Powerman 5000 once and for all

Was Powerman 5000 nu-metal? That late late 90’s/early 2k transition from alternative rock to rapping in rock and nu-metal always confused me as to what was happening and how did I get here.
