Ok cool, but I'm not just going to go back and forth to the library every 20 minutes.

I recently read through the first half of Doomsday Clock. It was pretty ok I guess. Having to wait like 5 more months for the second half to be released together is pretty fucking weak though.

HEY ITS BRUTALDEATHRAVER
stick around dude we're all lonely without you here
also yeah Doomsday Clock was like a solid 7/10 for me, but the release schedule made it incomprehensible for me - some of the plot developed a little slow/mysteriously, which made it almost seem like it wasn't about anything at all when streched over months and months...

Can’t remember but probably X-Men and Dethlok.
I haven’t read a new comic in years, but somehow I just found out Leifeld did a Sunday comics style thing called Shrink! I read 3 of them. I’m fucking done, man. Sure I might reread some old graphic novel once in awhile, but I’m done.

Aaaaah fuck! Dude behind Berserk passed away. Probably the only new comic book type thing I actually still was interested in continuing. I guess it ends incomplete or some assholes final season of Game of Thrones it. Too bad.

Re: Last Comic Book You Read 1-10
Been revisiting some old art favorites - Swamp Thing, Marvel Fanfare (and all other Michael Golden and P. Craig Russell stuff), Alpha Flight, FF, Omac, X/Next Men Byrne binge, Machine Man (Kirby and BWS series), Weapon X, Age of Reptiles, Hard Boiled, Ladronn Inhumans.
Monsters - Man, this is miserably dark for BWS. Not what I was expecting at all. Drags a bit in places, but keeps you locked in pretty tight for the most part.
Shaolin Cowboy : Who'll Stop the Reign. Fun stuff as usual. I follow Geof Darrow on Facebook, he recently posted some art and a clip from a currently defunct Shaolin Cowboy anime film that got halfway completed before the pandemic got it shitcanned. Maybe coming back?
Simon Bisley totally sucks now, like what the fuck happened to that guy level suckage. His art has gone the way of Frank Miller, just zero effort phoned in bullshit.

Re: Last Comic Book You Read 1-10
I’ve ran afoul of both Eric Larsen & Rob Leifeld’s current art. Oof! Larsen looks like he just stayed up all night and scribbled out 5 comics as fast as he could while Leifeld… I don’t even know how or why it’s mutated into what it is. It’s like he drew something, rubbed vasoline over it and relied on the inker & colorist to fix it. Captain America with the breast implants is much better than this. They should both be put out to paster with Frank Miller.

Re: Last Comic Book You Read 1-10
Haven't been keeping up with Savage Dragon (or any comics) lately, but it sounds to me like Larsen's just in one of those phases. SD looked like absolute dogshit for a while, and then it got back to normal. Liefeld can't draw. I'm not one to shit on him all the time because I understand what people see in his art, but he can't draw, and now he's probably also getting old.

Fucking Leifeld. I’m subscribed to a few comic book art fan pages on the Facebook just because I like to look at art. Well, it seems Robert joined one of them and often advertises new covers he has coming out. That fine, really. Thing is, now he’s pushing NFT’s of his glory days Image stuff. No surprise he’s scummy enough to get into NFTs. Sadly, he has a cult following and this fuckwits are drooling over it. Thumbs down!
