I wasn't suggesting she was a piece of shit because she does porn. I just thought it was funny in general. If anything it shows the overall puritanical mind set of police base on the fact that she was fired ( or at least the public perception the police department needs to project )

Really? That sounds stupid. As for a cop (male or female) who does porn on the side, call me a prude or whatever, I can understand how the police department might not be happy about a cop potentially losing their authority in the eyes of the people they have to deal with every day. Maybe this is a rather German perspective, cops are civil servants here, which means their employer (= the state) must be informed and agree if you want to take up another job. Might sound Orwellian to you, but it must be said civil servants here are generally well-paid, can't be fired, and our pensions are ridiculously high.
