Tuff guy paramedic tells homeless man to get up then kicks him in the head while cops
tase the guy. An earlier incident involved the same paramedic assuming another homeless man was drunk and was making fun of him ( the guy actually had just been beaten up and robbed and has schizophrenia. Cops arrested the guy instead of taking him to the hospital where he later died of a brain bleed. No criminal charges filled against the paramedic for either negligence or kicking the other guy ) the paramedic is also an MMA fighter who says he loves Jesus.

Hopp must have realized he was beyond fucked if he was willing to take a plea deal that could still give him a max of 8 years, although he will probably only get the minimum 2. Unlikely he will get stuck in gen-pop but I can still hope someone will be gracious enough to rip both his arms out of their sockets and give him brain damage to the point where he’s as mentally retarded as the old lady he beat the shit out of.
