so true. Im honetly having a mental dilemma of sorts about it. Mostly on a professional level, but I figure at the worst I can leave it off the resume and use it as a job between jobs, and / or Im sure they are used to people asking them to keep a low profile job history wise, Its for a pretty big company, we'll see. Dont want to jump the gun here, Its just an interview.

I know this is supposed to be a non-follow-up thread but are you really that concerned about this these days, now that porn is generally less and less taboo. I mean leave it off your resume for wedding video editor jobs and Christian Broadcasting, but isn't as much professional paid experience on your resume more impressive than one of those things being a porn job skeevish to most potential employers?

It would be cool if they did have a pseudonym company name they used like Flowers By Irene with a dedicated email address and a special light that lit up on the phone when someone called to check your references.

I woke up and started reading my H.P Lovecraft collection that Library of America put out.

Haha that's what I'm reading currently. I'm on the last story.

Right now I just finished the first 4 stories, which are all great. Reanimator was awesome, even with the recap at the beginning of every chapter. I also picked up "The Dreams in the Witch House and other weird stories" collection put out by Penguin Classics, so I'll be reading a lot of this guy.

i dont think so, i think this was a one off thing. turns out it was actually a speaking engagement for a guy who wrote a book on anarchists in fiction (and is good friends with the girl im seeing and will probably be staying on her couch? jesus this town is small) and ursula came to help out. the talk was interesting but it was definitely inside baseball; a couple of sci-fi nerds tried asking some noob questions about anarchists and the black handkerchief crowd hissed them down. i had a billion questions i wanted to ask but that turned me off. other than that it was good times.

I went to the bank today to exchange money and it went by super quick. One of the managers took me to a side desk and helped me before a lot of other people. to being white.

This will quickly be erased when I go to immigration tomorrow and get my visa changed to multiple entry. The smells, the waiting, the asshole immigration officers....gah. God I hope there are cute SE Asian and Japanese girls there.

$6 is way too much for me to pay for that movie but Ill gladly get it if i see it for $1. the one scene with the ball was really cool but other than that its not worth it for me.

instead i paid an extra $2 to get Hudsucker Proxy and now i have every coen brothers movie

phantasm iv on the other hand isnt even worth keeping for the lousy dollar i paid so if im lucky i can barely make a buck off it
