dude, i am ultra weak. i cannot do this. i watched again and noticed his foot stays flat. wtf. i have to keep up on my toes to prevent myself from toppling. if i could get all the way down on a flat foot, then i could push back up. but with just the ball of my foot to help, i can't do it.

break it up into pieces-- start flat-footed from the bottom and push up to the start a bunch of times, then practice getting to the bottom without falling over. once you can do both you combine them and BAM superstrength.
