My wife went outta town and I had what I told her was an "oldschool night" where I ate a pint of ice cream, drank a 12 pack and had a steak while playing video games all night. I made it about halfway through the pint, had about 4 beers and barely finished the meat.

Woke up in the middle of the night feeling my sternum was being crushed and puked.

HA! Exact same thing happened to me. I tried to go "old school" when she left town and made a shit ton of fake tacos (yellow box) and bought a 12 pack and I got through 6 beers and then four tacos and wanted to die.

I've been trying to do 20-30 free squats a day as my knees are already fucked and I don't want to be crippled by the time I'm 60. ( assuming I live that long )

Alright I'm totally fucking confused. I just tried out some allegedly 130lb hand grippers ( one of those adjustable spring tension style ) and I'm able to close of far easier than another hand gripper that is supposed to be only 90lb. Did I get stronger in the interim or are these spring tensions total bullshit.

I gotta start doing at least push-ups and squats again. I was working out maybe 3x a week before I started my new job and now I'm down to 0-1x a week and I'm sitting at a desk way too long. I try and walk on days when it's not too hot outside on my lunch break but I know I'm losing muscle and putting on weight so I gotta cut the shit now.

I've had a hose stuck to the faucet on the back of my house and I simply cannot get it off with any tools, even had my contractor try with some crazy big wrench and the thing wouldn't move.

I thought I had a hose that was stuck like that last time it got below freezing. I even brought a hair dryer outside thinking I was melting the frozen connection. Turned out I was twisting it the wrong way…..

Sometimes when I'm servicing my mountain bike I put it upside down and damn, it's always a mindfuck reassambling the wheels and placing the tires with the correct rotation direction
