Format: CD & LP

Limitation:

Additional Information:

Formed in early 2006 by Chad Davis (ex-Demoncy,
Father Befouled, Profane Grace) Hour Of 13 set out
on a path of obscure and dark Heavy/Doom Metal.

Joined by Phil Swanson (Vestal Claret, Upwards Of
Endtime, Seamount) in 2007, the debut album was
recorded and unleashed to great acclaim.

Mixing elements of traditional Doom & Heavy Metal,
Hour Of 13 have crafted a sound well deserved unto
them. Phil Swansons lyrics, dealing with the occult,
black magic, satanism and evil in general add to the
obscure image of the band and go well with their
traditional sound, creating a nostalgic aura and
reminding the listener of the early 80s and bands
such as Pagan Altar, Ritual and old Mercyful Fate.

The limited LP comes with high quality packaging and heavy, coloured vinyl.

Tracklist:

I. The gathering of the juggalos
II. The Ritualists
III. Naked Star
IV. Demons All Around Me
V. Possession
VI. Soldiers Of Satan
VII. Evil Inside
VIII. The Crawlspace

I think some drama went down between the band and Shadow Kingdom. Also the singer quit for awhile but he's back. I wouldn't buy it without his crooning.

Goddamn this board sometimes. There's a fucking 2 page thread about some shite indie rock singer that gets bumped from two years ago and this band gets silence.

I like them.....

New songs sound good.

As far as doom/epic metal is concerned, I'm really looking forward to the Atlantean Kodex full length.

Saw them in Germany a few weeks back and they played a killer show. For me, they fall somewhere between classic Manowar and Solstice stylistically. Phil Swanson from HO13 joined them onstage for one song and all.

Band rules and I'm digging the new songs. The singer is supposed to play drums on the next Father Befouled full length too, not sure if that's still a go though. The demo songs are pretty awesome.

They even have a dwarf among their ranks. He's not really tiny or anything, but he's got that diminutive and mishapen quality about him.
